Based on credible information received, we have uncovered a major racket in Surrey, B.C., involving the sale of 6-month caregiver diplomas intended for use in the upcoming Caregiver Program launching on March 31, 2025.
An individual named Tushar Anand allegedly presents himself as an employee of the Surrey Campus, Toronto Economics and Management College.
Given the seriousness of the issue, we immediately launched an investigation. During the investigation and on record, Tushar Anand agreed to provide a certificate immediately and further stated that he would handle any IRCC inquiries. He also confirmed that attendance and enrollment records would be fabricated.
Upon further inquiry, he claimed that college officials would fully support the student, quoted a fee of $8,000, and instructed us to submit the payment in cash via his designated contact.
Tushar Anand, along with his brother, operates a student recruitment firm named JGJ Consulting in Surrey, B.C. An anonymous tip also revealed that numerous desperate students are being exploited by this firm. They have been charged $5000 to $8500 per individual.
